A strange man who seems to be a foreigner in the area. He sells firearms and other items to Leon. There doesn't seem to be any motivation in his actions, other than getting a hold on the treasures Leon sells to him.

It appears he's been infected by the parasite. And yet seems to be in complete control of his mind.
